“Took my mom for a night so we could go to the zoo the next day. Lady it front desk was super sweet. Walked over the to Woodshed across the street for a lovely dinner then back to hotel for an evening swim. It was very quiet. The next day we had some trouble getting back into our rooms around 12:45 even though we had asked for a late check out. A bit annoying but the same lady at the front desk helped me & was super nice again. The two things that were disappointing was no breakfast downstairs……

“Always nice and friendly. Breakfast was a beautiful and delicious spread. Vivian is our favorite. So friendly and accommodating. Roof top bar is just the coolest oasis. Paying for parking is new but I get it, parking is a systemic problem in the city. ”
