“Absolutely loved this hotel. The room we were in was small but very well organized for the space available. It was clean and had what we needed. Breakfast was good. It was much better than the continental breakfasts in the U.S. Had variety and both adult and kid friendly options. The front desk and all employees were extremely friendly. It was a great location to be within 20 minute walk of everywhere we wanted to visit in Dublin without being in the heart of the city with the pubs. Public……

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. I certainly will visit again and introduce to my friends too. Thank you very much Divyaa. ”
