“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning, left our bags at luggage check and went to breakfast. Our room was ready within an hour. Definitely ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Temple Bar area is very walkable but very loud at night. Great location!”

“Great location for when visiting the tourist heart of Dublin. Everything was within walking distance, the staff was accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Keep in mind the room size, as they were smaller than we expected, but we didn't plan on lounging in the rooms, so they served their purpose. The breakfast plan is worth it, and the restaurant attached was also great!”
