“The only problem I had was the laundry room. There was only 1 washer usable and out of the 2 dryers that I tried they never dried my clothes and I had to find somewhere else to dry them.”

“The quilts are not soft enough. When I turn on the bed, the sound of the quilts comes. The door of the room hits the closet door and the bathroom door. Bad design.👎 Generally it is a good hotel.”

“We enjoyed our stay and were quite happy with the location of the hotel. Our two main negatives were: 1) No hot water in sink or shower 2) common areas like stairs and halls were a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of easy and safe parking. It was a very reasonable distance to get to Newport. I would consider staying here again. ”

“Would’ve liked to have seen a digital clock in the room, so I wouldn’t have to grab my phone (& eyeglasses) to see what time it was when I woke up in the middle of the night. Toilet seemed low, but it was clean & worked well. ”
