“The hotel was close to the venue we needed to go to. Pool was NOT heated enough to swim/play in. We asked the staff to warm it above 72 degrees and they did. Two days later it was 71 degrees again. Grandchildren didn't even like it so cold. ”

“This is usually my favorite hotel, but on the last visit I had some hiccups. I paid for a certain room and got the wrong one. I just said it was whatever, but then I went to get into the bed and it was a blood stain on it. I called the desk and they changed my room. The room was smaller, but nonetheless they changed my room. I've stayed at this hotel 20+ times and I have only had this one complaint. So overall, I'd still recommend this place. ”
