“This is a beautiful historic hotel that has been beautifully kept. The service is phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a note for anyone who has difficulty walking a bit of a distance: the north wing requires going up to the 2nd floor and walking through a skywalk to get to the newer section of the hotel. I only mention this because we tried helping an elderly couple find their room and the gentleman had a very difficult time walking the distance to get there and unfortunately it is……

“Our room was comfortable and very quiet (except for a noisy guest in the hallway at midnight). The breakfast buffet was good and the location of the hotel is super convenient to the 28th Street Mall and locations around there. “Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available.
