“ The recently renovated room was pleasant and fine. The lobby lounge was very nice, there is a decent exercise room, and the pool area was lovely although the swimming pool was ice cold. What made the stay special was the staff - everybody we encountered went out of their way to be gracious, Roy and Kirsten on in the reception area, the morning staff all of them in the breakfast room, and housekeeping in maintenance as we pass them in the corridors. We weren't asking for stuff left and right,……

“Very nice modern room and lobby. Clean and new. Neighborhood is urban and walkable, OK but mostly deserted at night (I was there during the week). The under-building gated parking is worth the extra cost, but it's a tight squeeze. Nice staff. Walking distance to Russian River Brewing and other places. Highly recommended!”

“It's a nice enough property, some distance from the center of Healdsburg. The rooms were fine, but unremarkable - well furnished and nothing appeared overly worn or tired, but not luxurious in any way. There was a single USB charging unit attached to the desk. No other available outlets or charging ports, so a little out of step with the current standard for hotel rooms. The bath was quite small and while it was spotlessly clean, there was no way it could accommodate two people at once. Good……
