“There was a minor challenge with the readiness of our room, but the customer service clerk did a great job rectify the situation. We are very pleased outcome and would recommend staying there again.”

“My only complaint is, it’s extremely noisy. The rooms are not well insulated and therefore, it’s very loud in the rooms. We could hear everything being said in the neighboring rooms and the cleaning and linen carts sounded like rolling thunder when they were moving from room to room. ”

“This property is located in a great area plenty of eating places around and shopping where you can walk to it. Also the beach is not far from here and in walking distance. When we arrived there was no one at the desk and had to wait for a while. I also thought it was weird that they didn't clean your room everyday only every other day. ”

“It’s a beautiful, historic building with spacious rooms & comfortable beds. I gave 4 stars bc we had to wait a long time to check in. There was only one person at the desk and she prioritized phone calls over the people waiting at the desk. Also, our hand soap was empty-something that should be checked by daily housekeeping. It’s on the edge of the historic district so a bit of a walk to get to restaurants. Very quiet though by being off of the main strip. Large surface lot-easy parking. $25……

“We were greeted by Patricia and she was both welcoming and knowledgeable about the historic property. We had some cleanliness issues and Patricia moved us to a new room. We had to overlook some cleanliness issues with the bathtub in the second room and only used the shower. Housekeeping has such an important role and they need to better understand the impact they have on guests. ”
