“Customer service was excellent! The breakfast was great. The one-bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. It was a home away from home. The next time I visit Denver, I will definitely stay again. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Amazing venue and views. Had one of the best rooms (1023). The rooftop was pretty although somewhat small. Super comfy beds, friendly staff, and walking distance to 16th street mall and other restaurants. Will go back soon. 10/10”
