“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “I really enjoyed my one night stay! Check in went well, was able to drop luggage in room, and then go down for a glass of wine, enjoyed the outdoor seating, perfect for some family time, they have games and puzzles and a rock wall, jacuzzi and sauna! Complimentary coffee in the morning! John was very pleasant to chat with! Would stay there again!”
