“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Great customer service,the room service ladies were very friendly, and nice. Everyone always greeted us whenever we saw them. I only had one major thing that happened which was ants in our fiest hotel. I reportwd it to the front desk and they were very responsive,and addressed the situation right away,and got us moved to a different room. The head of housekeeping made sure we were okay,and let me know to tell her if we needed anything. Breakfast was cool cause it was different everyday. We……
