“The hotel is in a great location with a lot of parking. You’re able to park on site at the hotel and use the free Kansas City Streetcars to explore the downtown!”

“Overall, a lovely stay. Clearly, the strength of this hotel is the congeniality and warmth of the staff. While it is clean, there are definitely areas where upkeep could happen. When I checked in, the first room I got in, had been previously used by a smoker. I had to change rooms and given the hotel’s non-smoking policy, it was curious.”

“Property appears dated inside and out. Carpet in rooms stained in many areas. Very low to floor toilets, heavy door for even a bathroom and limited space to get in and out of shower or use toilet. Exterior of building shows need of care as well as landscaping. Comfortable bed with nice bedding. Attempts have been made to update decor.”
