“We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.”

“Hotel is old but well maintained. Nice hotel with the budget， clean, good location and close to ferry station. It costs 9€/person to arrive S. Lucia station in a 5mins ferry ride. If you travel with big luggage I would recommend you to stay near train station. This hotel is with elevator, which is a plus! Night time after 10pm returning hotel could be a bit insecure for solo lady traveler coz finally will need to walk through a quite small alley (it’s short though will always have other……

“I love this hotel from the friendly staff to the room condition and location. The room is small but neat and beautiful. The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. “This is the worst hotel you could get in Venice. Be prepared to check into the rooftop bedroom, of which hundred of mosquitoes would be flying around and disturbing you over night. Oh btw, no air con is available and there’s a lot of stairs. I booked two nights but sadly none of the night was free of mosquitoes. It was simply a NIGHTMARE.”
