“Loved our stay at Kanaloa! Oh my that view is amazing! Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the people surf, kayak, paddle boarding, and birds singing. Very clean, spacious, well equipped unit. We would love to return to this place in the future. The family was so happy there! ”

“We enjoyed our 2 br very much. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We wished there was more retail within walking distance but grabbing the car for short drive when necessary wasn't too bad. We also wish the unit provided some of the essentials so we could do some basic cooking there. While all the utensils one needed were provided, minor things like salt and pepper, plastic wrap and those types of necessaties were not included. Next time, we will bring our own. The staff was……

“Very friendly staff. Despite the fact that I checked in at night and couldn’t figure it out, the manager was in touch with me for about 40 minutes until I found my number! All amenities! 5 stars for everything!”

“We booked this property through Expedia and its by far the worst place we've visited. Its so hot it was unbearable. Its on the 3rd floor with no A/C or cooling. Just ceiling fans. I contacted the resort and was told theres no A/C and nothing they could do SOL pretty much. The first night we had to sleep on the lanai, 5 of us in lawn chairs. We ended leaving after the 1st day to book another place and pay. If you have children or elderly, this is not a good placs to stay, it gets 100 degrees……

“The apt/condo's kitchen and bathroom was outdated and needs to have a complete tear out and remodeled. The light near the closet in the bedroom didn't work. Needed to get a hold of the property manager to give us the password to get key to allow for us to have access to the property. Cost us much anxiety. I will not be using Hotels.com again. ”
