“The room is spacious and bright, the bathroom facilities are very good, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the washing and drying equipment are very good! It is a very favorite accommodation for our family! The view outside the window is also very good!”

“Unless you're staying in one of the other 7 units with private access to the beach, I don't think you can find a better location anywhere! The view and beach access at this townhouse are simply unparalleled! The pool and the grounds themselves are stunning and even the non-oceanfront side of the building is quite private and beautifully landscaped.The unit is somewhat dated, but that is reflected in the pricing and we found it very much as we were expecting. The VRBO was very well-equipped……

“Party of four, this condo and complex was for re grouping after a day of fun and exploring on the big island. The condo was well stocked as described (this was a major plus), right beside the pool and ocean. Edgar and property manager were always quick to respond. Great place! ”

“This place was great. Very homey. The bed was very comfortable (always my first comment!!). Kitchen was well stocked. No AC per se but owner refunded us a little for that. The ocean is so close that we actually had to close the window because the waves crashing kept us awake!! The location is great - a nice rocky beach for snorkeling and we saw multiple turtles right outside our door. Very cool. Cleanup prior to checkout is kind of a lot considering we are paying for that service, but probably……

“This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. There is a grocery store, some good restaurants, and a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!”
