“Unless you're staying in one of the other 7 units with private access to the beach, I don't think you can find a better location anywhere! The view and beach access at this townhouse are simply unparalleled! The pool and the grounds themselves are stunning and even the non-oceanfront side of the building is quite private and beautifully landscaped.The unit is somewhat dated, but that is reflected in the pricing and we found it very much as we were expecting. The VRBO was very well-equipped……

“Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!”

“This was our second time staying in the Kailua-Kona area and this condo was better than the first, and our first condo was pretty good! This condo ticks all the boxes. Wonderful, gorgeous ocean view. Great outdoor living space. TONS of kitchen supplies. TONS of beach equipment, and lots of great beach towels. We will definitely be booking this condo again. Kevin was an absolute gem. Communication with him was 100%.”

“This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. There is a grocery store, some good restaurants, and a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!”
