“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! “I was very pleased with my room. They have put a lot of thought into the room design from outlets to lighting to a footrest in the shower. It was a very nice, quiet room. A perfect place for attending a conference nearby. I could definitely have stayed there for an extended period of time. ”
