“The hotel met all expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was varied. The pool and its surroundings were also perfect. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast hours: it ends very early (8:30 am; 9:00 am on weekends). Guests who come to relax usually want to sleep longer in the morning. The serving time should be extended at least until 9:30, as in most other hotels, where it usually lasts until 10:00 or even 10:30.”

“Great property in a beautiful area. Staybridge has a fantastic happy hour Monday-Wednesday. Beer, wine and snacks. Walmart is across the road and driving to restaurants so easy. Breakfast is good with different options each day. We had a 2 room suite and it was perfect. We each had our own bathrooms. When I come back to Colorado Springs we will be back!”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“The staff is very friendly and made check in very easy. The hotel is clean and very quiet. The only downside is there is no complimentary breakfast if you’re use to staying at hotels that offer that. ”

“30% of parked cars had no permit. The lot was completely full and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found the farthest parking spot away from the door. We paid for the hotel and the parking space. This is inadequate and unwelcome and not customer centric.”
