“It was a convenient location for West Asheville. Shower was unique with a half glass wall and no shower door. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Wonder if parking will be a problem after more stores open in the shopping plaza.”

“This property is in an incrediblly convenient location less than a mile from the main entrance to Biltmore. We were there one night for an evening wedding in the Biltmore Walled Garden. Loved getting a condo suite for the price of a standard hotel room. The room was nice and clean but there were some minor stains in the carpet. Recommend adding a power strip to the outlet behind the one nightstand in the bedroom. One of the two outlets is controlled by the wall switch and also turns on the……

“We LOVE Aloft Hotels! They are always clean, modern and welcome our dog with open arms. The parking garage fee is a bit on the high side, but it is convenient to the hotel entry. The common areas are a big plus! There are only 2 things that I would like in the room that were not provided: a microwave & a toiletry shelf in the shower. There was no where to put my own products/razor in the shower.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were booked for 1 night and extended our stay another 2 nights. The staff was so pleasant and friendly, breakfast offered a nice variety, the outdoor space provided many different areas, and the room was spacious.
