The hotel is consistently clean, everything works, sheets and towels are clean and good quality. the rooms are laid out for convenience and comfort. “The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”
