“I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. “Lovely hotel, very quiet, comfortable beds. I was looking forward to the pool- it was closed. And the parking garage elevator broke after our 1st night. Very inconvenient with my mobility. They should have offered a parking refund or discount when this happened.”
