“The staff here was great. Due to poor working conditions, I needed to check out of my hotel in Cortez early, and the staff was not only able to get me an early check-in but were also exceptionally kind during my four-night stay at the property. I needed to come into town for some business engagements during SNOWDOWN week, one of Durango's busiest weeks. “The room was nice. I didn't realize they don't allow alcohol in the hotel. The hair dryer was broken and had to contact them 2 days to get it replaced. The room was nice and the hotel is about 30mins from Mesa Verde National Park which was why we were there. The only thing is they could be a bit more attentive.”
