“Nora assisted me by phone and greeted me upon arrival - introducing herself, which was most welcoming! I arrived early and she still quickly showed me to my beautiful room overlooking the ocean. “Absolutely loved everything about this place!!!The property is exactly like the pictures...NICE!!Summerland is a great little town with a variety of interesting shops. It's less than 10 minutes from Santa Barbara. Tons of restaurants to pick from an if you like Farmers Markets...it's on State Street...every Saturday.My favorite one ever!”

“Beautiful tree house cabin could use some cleaning though lots of spider webs indoor and outdoor carpet could use some steam cleaning had toe nail clippings found on floor by bed and was filthy. Dining table chairs not one was safe to sit on they were all unstable and 1 completely broken very unsafe. ”
