“We stayed here for a trip to CU and it was an ideal location, a 3-mile drive to campus & dining options in walking distance. We found parking across the street so didn't have to opt for the $25/night parking garage. The room was spacious and quiet, comfortable beds. “Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……
