“The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. We had welcome snacks and drink on the house. Experience was very good overall with the only exception the building is bit old and need a touch of refurbishment Had small flies coming from the vents of my room and was a bit unpleasant”

“A fantastic hotel, in an area of national historical importance. The service from everyone there is fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel where you can take a walk. You may think some areas need further maintenence but the cost maintaining Victorian Gothic style building is frankly very difficult and should get Government grants. It really is an incredible place absolutely steeped in legend and history. ”

“Very comfortable stay, room was clean and en-suite with over shower/bath, plenty of plugs and sockets for all your media needs, bed was comfy and had a good night sleep, no noise at all from inside or outside even though in the middle of Eastwood, I didn’t eat but looked reasonably priced. ”
