“是一个老牌酒店，其实清洁跟员工服务都不错，可能因为前2年covid住得人少，导致我们半夜枕头上不停爬出来小虫子，很害怕爬到我女儿的小鼻子小耳朵里，半夜给我们换了房间。第二晚的房间也顺利退掉了。但如果家具设备不彻底翻新我应该不会再住。”

“Overall, stay was very good. We had a newly renovated room which was nice. There was construction going on in the main lobby, but the directional signs were well laid out. We got down to breakfast at 9:30am and all of the hot food was gone, so a little disappointing. The bathroom door would stick which made it difficult to quietly open it and not disturb those who were still sleeping. The proximity to Ithaca College was very convenient.
