“My stay was amazing. Very accommodating for a family of 6. They provide dove soap, which is best for our sensitive skin. The breakfast was good. ”

“I wish the room has air purifier, like Japanese hotels do have them to reduce the room oder. Location is good, near by mall, i75 high way and banks. Room seems old a bit. The bed is too soft. The shower water pressure is low. ”

“The bed was super comfortable and as a fan of white noise, it was nice to have a heating/AC unit that had a continuous fan option. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was mostly clean but the fridge had food crumbs in it and there was some garbage stuck to the kitchen floor. Everything else was just fine.”

“The AC didn’t keep up with the humidity in both the common areas and my room. Bar and restaurant is only open 5-11pm. Bathroom was kind of dirty with hair on the ceiling and floor tiles not being attached. Overall not bad but had higher expectations. ”

“The staff alone gives me reason to repeat my stay at this location. The night staff my goodness I can’t remember his name but he was efficient and checked us in quickly.. we came back down for the pool and he was a bit more talkative great personality and wonderful customer service. The day manager he was equally amazing and very accommodating. Lastly the brunch service customer service was top tier and everyone felt like family. Although I wish breakfast was included in the stay. Parking was……
