“The hotel is relatively old, the rooms are large, the furnishings are old, the ground and lounge chairs in the balcony and garden are not clean, especially some outdoor grounds have many fallen leaves that have not been swept. It makes walking inconvenient, especially not conducive to the elderly. In short, the sanitary conditions are poor and the breakfast is too simple. “Very loud persons on either side of our room. Not the hotels fault But it was really annoying @”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
