“I was in town for a death in the family. Room was ok. Very noisy at night, lobby was chaotic and parking was a mess. They had my husband park at a pawn shop. ”

Marshall's service and attention to detail were exquisite! I asked where was the nearest place to buy a product I forgot and Marshall simply asked what I wanted and then got it for me. Never had such service! ”

“We stay at this location every time we go to Louisville and usually its great and we never had a issue but this time the bathroom was specifically the toilet area was filthy. ”

“I love that this little gem is right here in St. Matthews. I was needing a two night getaway with my fiancé to celebrate us being together 1 year. (Feb 23, 24) we have been so happy with our accommodations and we love the atmosphere so much. We both love shopping too, so with Dillards ar our back door attached to Mall St Matthews, who could complain!? We will most certainly be back and are delighted we could spend our 1 year anniversary here!”
