“This is a lovely old home in an interesting area. Just a little bit on the edge of being uncomfortable to stay there. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“Beautifully restored house with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. They even thought of all the little things that make a B&B special like leaving rain ponchos out for the guests on rainy days and leaving a variety of freshly baked goods out for late night snacks. It was a 15 minute ride to Churchill Downs and 5 minutes from downtown Louisville. But, there were many restaurants and pubs in short walking distance. I highly recommend the Market Street Inn. ”

“Overall good value for money. The included breakfast was very good. The water pressure in the shower was awful and made it very hard to wash my medium length hair. The bed was rock hard but some people may like that.”

“Front desk was very friendly and informative. Housekeeping did a great job! Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great variety of choices for complimentary breakfast. Hot choices too. The room was very pleasant and kitchenette was well stocked. Enjoyed having a bar in the lobby area to lounge and relax in the evenings plus ample comfortable seating outside on the patio with an awesome fire pit. Overall we were very pleased with our accommodations and would definitely stay there again. Highly……
