“We come here at least 2-4 times per year to be by the National Harbor or to go to surrounding areas like Old Town Alexandria or Baltimore. Always a great stay! The shuttle is very convenient as well so that we don't have to find parking at the Harbor. This time was to be close to Northwest Stadium to watch football. Very convenient location for many things!!!”

“Stay started by being greeted by friendly staff at the valet stand as well as front desk. Room was spacious, clean and accommodating. It was late so I opted to have dinner at the hotel and the server was wonderful! The area is safe, lovely with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel! ”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. “I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience……
