“The property was beautiful. I rented this one condo because it had an elevator but when we got there the elevator was broke and they were working on it. So my husband had to stay in the condo do to not able to go up and down stairs ”

The condo had a well-stocked kitchen including spices, beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys were plentiful, plush towels and cozy linens, lots of extras (nightlights, hangars, TV trays, beach towels, cooler), bike paths at end of parking lot. “This was our first stay back at Sanibel since the hurricane. Pelicans Roost was nicely decorated, new, clean, and nestled in with easy beach access. They had everything you need in the unit and even everything you need for the beach. We would stay here again. ”

“Very quiet and low key”

“The condo was fantastic. Few restaurants open and food was not really up to par. Expensive but that was expected. Much of the island still under construction. Traffic was horrible on Periwinkle especially in the afternoon. Biggest problem was noseeum bugs. My partner suffered many bites which were itchy for days. I do have concerns about medical care. One clinic open with two doctors. Tried to get appointment but non available. Hoping next year improvement will continue as we have……

“The property and location were great. We loved the closeness to the beach and the pool. The condo was very well stocked and had everything that we needed. The only issue we had were the beds- they were not the most comfortable and definitely needs updated. We knew this going in because of all the comments made by other guest. We all agreed we would come back!”

“This condo is located in a quiet small community. Great view of the ocean , short walk to the beach and pool is close by. Is clean and very well stocked with every thing that you will need for your stay ….there is a Costco or Publix in Fort Myers so you can load up on groceries before heading to the island or Jerry’s grocery store on the island will get you set up. Tons of shells, beautiful beach, and clear blue waters. Calm waters most days. Only downside were the No-seeum bugs in the……
