“The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The valet parking had varied experiences. They were helpful because we had a carrier on top of our vehicle and they made sure to park it where we felt safer. However, it was disappointing that we would reach out to them as they asked and after 20 minutes we got a text saying that they were busy to contact them in 10 minutes. It only worked when we came down and asked for our car. ”
