“The hotel in and of itself was nice. When we got to our room and tried to make out our sofa bed it was broken. It took me forever to get through to the front desk and when I did, they did offer to bring up a rollaway bed immediately, which was great, but it only slept one. Next while in the bedroom, there was a light on the outside of the building and you could not block it out to the inside of the bedroom so half the bedroom was lit up.”

“Beautiful room with excellent facilities - bed was Queensized and very good. Decor was fantastic - obviously done by artistic hand. Much to see - goodies to eat - delicious breakfast! Would go back any time I am in Shreveport!!”

“I don’t recall seeing anywhere on the hotel listing that it was under renovation, so that would’ve been more helpful as portions of the lobby is covered in plastic. The tub in the room bathroom could’ve been cleaner as well. ”
