“So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. ”
“Staff was very nice. I was allowed a early check in which was helpful. Someone was always at front desk to help. My friend lost her key and security was very prompt on showing up to let her into her room. ”
“This was such a cute place. The walls are a little thin and we could hear people walking down the hallway in the evening, but we would stay here again. I really loved the vibe! The whole property is clean and cozy. The staff was great. ”

“The girl who checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful i requested a lower floor and I ask abt the stairwell bc I have a Phobia and she took us and showed us where it is and gave us 3rd floor. We ask abt bands and she was so explanatory abt where the 3 areas are that play music. She was kind and never acted as if it was a bother. Smiling and friendly ”
“I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building.
I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust".
I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. ”
