“This facility was nice and clean. The staff was great. A couple of things of note : this property is the eoitomy of trying to streamline space. The rooms are tiny. No closet space and kind of awkward placement of desk, TV, etc. Also, the location is apparently very popular for emergency vehicle traffic. Just things to note. ”

“We waited in the lobby from 4 to 5 because the rooms were not ready. The lady at the counter took our number and said she would call us when a room was available. She never called us, so we tried checking in again. A gentleman placed us in a room right away. Other than that, it was a clean and comfortable stay.”

“Overall, our stay was OK. We came back to the room after eating on our second day to a saturated floor in our room. Went to service desk & they were going to send someone up, but no one ever came to check out the issue. Shoes & items were soaked with water from an unknown source. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of juice & water, so there was nothing to drink. Fire & Ice was great! Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful & pleasant!”

“Hotel is under construction, but the customer service was AMAZING and it didn’t interfere with the amenities and services. Breakfast was very good. We can’t wait to see the renovations when it’s done. We would definitely stay here again. ”
