“The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended a terrific restaurant and made the reservations! Also provided a boxed breakfast for an early train. The room was very nice and quiet. It is right by the ferry and near the walking path by the water. Would go back! Only downside is shortest walk from train station does not have sidewalks for most of it. ”

They make you feel like long-lost relatives when you arrive and it comes right from their warm and generous hearts! What beautiful rooms and what a gorgeous property! This was the most special stay we had in all of Italy.”

“I stay here for a conference for 5 days and found it perfectly suited my needs. I had been traveling in Italy for a couple weeks beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment compared to the price and to some of my other lodgings in central and north Italy. There's nice rooftop lounge area and while there is no air conditioner, the room had a fan and it managed to stay comfortable between that and the windows. Some other reviews have mentioned it being noisy outside but……

“Very close to congress palace and to city center, welcoming staff, the only problem is just one key per room (but you can solve this problem with the help of the staff)”

“Staff was polite and spoke to English well. Helped us order a taxi for dinner and for train/bus station. Pool was great, the plenty of sun, very clean, great bartender and fair drink prices. Breakfast buffet was timely and tasty. Everything you’d want from a 3 star hotel.”
