“The stay was amazing, enough for us to rebook when we make our return trip to LA. The food service department was amazing. I do suggest more gluten-free items are available. That said, I got severely sick as I was told the french fries were gluten-free, but they were also cross contaminated in the fryer. Please do better. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions, and the room is exceptionally clean. While there are rumors about safety concerns, you’ll feel secure during your stay. The free parking is a great advantage, especially since nearby hotels charge high fees with many restrictions.”

“honestly parking situation is not the best (off site) but overall a great experience. Very charming hotel ”

“There’s low frequency noise from the electric room. Can barely sleep during the nigh. After investigation with the engineer team, they find me room to switch. It seems to be an unfixable problem and the only solution is to find a room far away the electric room which are very few available. Very good services from the front desk. ”
