“One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!”

“Easily our favorite hotel in the area. It's a value beyond it's price, the staff is suuuuper accommodating, and I'll never stay somewhere else if I can help it. ”

“We've stayed there before. The only thing we didn't like (no Biggy) was there wasn't and usb charging outlets. Had to buy a usb plug.”

“The service was easy, kind, fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Our crunchy family took full advantage of thebfull kitchen in our suite to reheat our healthy food. We could easily have cooked from scratch here. Breakfast was big and delicious. The facilities were lovely: great pool & 2 workout rooms had just what we needed, large lobby with various coves 2 tv's with remotes handy. Only complaints: the patio furniture could have been cleaned & arranged……
