“The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great.”

We loved the property and little touches, like the snack basket, tea/coffee choices, etc. The view was fun, watching skiers come down the mountain. The best is ski in/out, no packing the car and driving necessary, at the end of a big ski day, it's so nice to be able to just relax.”

We were offered 50% off the rental TOTAL if we decided to stay, a full refund, or to be transferred to another property. We agreed with the office to stay and take the 50% off. A day later we received an email as if the situation was new, saying only a flat $200 "gesture of goodwill" will be offered if we decided to stay.
