“I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error. “Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable! Breakfast was awesome. If going to Disney, I recommend downloading the app the night before and getting your passes ready. We missed the bus and had to wait 25 minutes for another. Also, didn't like that the bus stop was on a busy corner next to the hotel. Everything else was great, kids loved it! ”

“My husband and I had a great stay. It was really clean and the mattress and pillows made for a great sleep. I loved the layout of the room, it was designed like a sweet even though we had a standard room. Would stay again. It is one block away from Korea town which was a plus for dining options. Target is walking distance and it is a short drive to theme parks and attractions. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. ”
