“From the time we arrived to the time we left, my family and I had so many wonderful encounters and experiences with staff who were all very helpful, kind, and attentive. The breakfast offered was awesome and it was such a treat getting made to order omelettes! We would definitely book another stay here and are glad we chose this hotel over where we typically stay.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Beautiful rooms, Very quick staff. Our fire alarm was going off, and they had their staff come up immediately to change out the whole alarm and check to make sure everything was ok. It turned out to be the battery. ”

“It's a nice hotel and very convenient to get to the airport. The walls are very thin so you hear everything in the adjacent rooms and hallway as well as the planes taking off and landing. ”

“Overall, my stay was okay. We spent two nights there but did not receive any maid service. When we requested fresh towels and washcloths, they were not provided. Despite this, the experience was decent, and I would rate it a 7 out of 10.”
