“This was my 3rd time staying at QdLR, yet I think this is my first review of the property(?). This is a solid gem in Pinhão. Although about 0.5 km from the town, the location means it is quiet. Wonderful, spacious room, excellent restaurant, and scrumptious breakfast, not to mention great wines and ports from the on-site winery. I had the trip from hell to get here and arrived late. “Great view from the room and the cafeteria/restaurant. The mountain and the river behind are spectacular. The room itself is quite nice and big as well. However, the only public transportation to get to the hotel is by bus. Even it is only three minutes walk to downtown, still strongly recommend to rent a car if you would like to explore more in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. So it is not a problem for parking.”

“This is a beautiful, peaceful property. We enjoyed the huge rooms, gorgeous dining room, and decent gym. The spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room (which we could not open, and there was no one working there to open it). But it was very difficult to find, as the Expedia address took us to a house 15 minutes away. We had to put the name of the hotel into Google to find it, but there was no sign at the front of the property, which just looks like a house from the road, so it was all very……
