“Amarante是個非常靜謐的古城，紅葉已經點綴了整個古城。這是個城堡飯店，也是羅萊夏朵的一員，而羅萊夏朵推薦的飯店永遠是我們的首選。我們是11/4，11/5入住304號房，房間內WIFI一直斷線，根本連不上，一直反應，只説有改善了，還說在房內待了20分鐘，房內的WIFI正常，真是見鬼了。其實不是WIFI的問題，是房間位置問題。WIFI在一樓大廳超快，在頂樓開放的BAR也很快。304房在邊間，我相信我不是第一個遇到這個問題的人，這問題應該已經很久了。房間的空調都是熱氣，反應了也都沒處理，害我必須開窗。羅萊夏朵推薦的不應該是這樣，真的爛透了，我非常失望也生氣”

“Local maravilhoso, nos sentimos em casa. Excelente atendimento por parte do proprietário Sr. João (pessoa muito amável) e também por parte dos funcionários, todos muito queridos. ”

“Nice room with a view of hills. Comfortable. With more people in the hotel the sound carries. The spa is not hot but it was adequate for water aerobics. Good shower and internet in my room and spacious. Breakfast was amazing.”

“Great view from the room and the cafeteria/restaurant. The mountain and the river behind are spectacular. The room itself is quite nice and big as well. However, the only public transportation to get to the hotel is by bus. Even it is only three minutes walk to downtown, still strongly recommend to rent a car if you would like to explore more in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. So it is not a problem for parking.”

“Very nice hotel with rooms facing directly to the Douro River. Very good location from which to do boat or train rides or winery tours. Staff we were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with a very nice balcony to sit on and looks over the river.”

“Our stay at Quinta da Ermida was overall fantastic. There were 5 of us staying in the 3-bedroom apartment, which was its own house with separate entry and private bathroom for each room. The view was gorgeous of the river and the train, and the property was beautiful to venture and take in the amazing views. We had some issues communicating with the staff as their English was quite limited, but they were friendly and earnest to try and resolve them. Continental breakfast is included but we……
