“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Overall my stay was 9.5/10. Suite was impeccably clean and felt very modern. My only minor issues were that the mattress was not firm enough and the parking is abit awkward. Upon arrival, no parking attendants could be found to assist with valet parking. A departing guest took the time to explain the parking situation. But overall all, our stay was wonderful and we plan to stay again in the coming months.”
