“We stayed in the Caladesi room. Wonderful small apartment with everything you need for an extended stay. Everything was awesome! Located right on the main Dunedin drag convenient to everything. Clean room, Pool was wonderful, and the staff took care of everything we needed. Highly recommended and we will be back again soon!”

“We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause……

“Welcome tablet was not there to find as described. We tried to check in early and let the property know three weeks in advance. At that time the only way to contact them was via email. Those emails were returned with a simple “request denied.” One day before check-in I received an email with an 800 number to call. I called tasking them to check in at noon instead of the regular 3pm time. I was told that for every hour I wanted to check in early, I would be charged an additional $20/hour.……
