“酒店寄存行李位置不安全，所有人均可以進入，而且也沒有行李牌給作証明或登記，隨便放置。故我唯有拖著行李外出，等待check in。”

“地點離地鐵站很近，附近吃的也很方便。房間很乾淨床也非常舒服；有提供免費早餐，雖然不特別但可以吃的飽也能帶咖啡、飲料及開水離開，再各項消費很高的紐約可以省下不少費用。唯一的缺點是每天上午8:00～11:00前的電梯非常難等，旅客因為等不到電梯都是先往上搭導致高樓層的住客永遠進不了電梯。”

“Terrible service at front desk. I have to give review the worst. Although room service staff were good. But front desk terrible. When we checked in, there were some disputes concering the room type and if possible to add additional bed. But the staff were very rude and force us to accept what it is.Even mocking to another staff suggesting it's great, they better cancel the booking now because we can rent the room to others. I have to say, this is the worst experience I ever faced and this hotel……

“Good service good staffs! We got early check-in in the morning cos I am a member of Marriott Group. WiFi speed fast. They did very good in details. A lot of USB plugs and surprisingly they hv ionic hair dryer. Good location which is close to subway and train station. ”

“I've stayed in four, five star hotels in Manhattan. This hotel is better than them in some ways. My wife and I both like the breakfast they serve. We'll be back.”
