“The house keeper did not clean and provide supply every day, and the second morning around 5 am the fire alarm sounded, no any explain from front desk. The hotel price is good, and location is good distance.”

“Resort was pretty nice. Grounds were well kept. Pools were nice. The iced-water dispensers at main lobby, and the outside bars were much appreciated. Our room was nice, but had a couple issues. Guest bathroom sink drain kept popping out of the U-trap...draining sink water on the floor. We told mngt about it first day. They "fixed" it by just popping pipe back into trap. Problem was, it was not a good fit...and kept popping out. Couple other very minor things...but overall a nice stay. ……

“They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal”

“Great communication with the owners. Definitely needs some better cleaning, but nothing major. It suited our needs and the kids loved the bed themes. ”
