“Property was in quiet, clean and new neighborhood. Pool was just a quick couple minute drive. Restaurants, groceries, gas and interstate were easy access. My only complaint was three bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper? This may have been an oversight. I would definitely stay again. Also great communication and easy texting with any questions. ”

Getting answers to what was at the property regarding cooking essentials, hair dryers, bed size clarifications etc. Was non existent. Very limited answers and wrong answers were given. It is a nice property and we were very happy with our stay. ”

“This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. ”

“Problems started with them telling us the spa is NOT heated after we had it booked and arrived. When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated. “Large house with great accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The pool table in the garage had broken & taped pool cues. We notified the owner, and new ones were sent right away. Wifi worked great for me to work from the house for the month. Traffic was not too bad. We avoided rush hour and I-4. Would rent here again.”
