“Aside from the reality that we met some Tennessee bugs for the first time in our room before being moved to another room, this was an outstanding experience. The hotel and everything were great, the people were great, the experience was great, and the park was great. Shannon from the restaurant, if you're out there, you're incredible and she made our entire trip. Even though our first few minutes in the hotel were a little crazy learning about Tennessee bugs, the hotel came through and did……

“Hotel was great, you can to anything in the islands. One thing that wasn’t that good was the beds, no very comfortable wife and I had to sleep in separate beds, sleep corner to corner the be able to sleep, other than that the room was great especially the rain shower in the bathroom ”

“My wife and I with her sister stayed 4 nights in a two bedroom with two kings condo. All I can say is we got far more than we ever expected. Where to start. A TV in both bedrooms and a big screen in the living room. Two bathrooms. One with jacuzzi tub. Washer and dryer. Beautiful appliances to include a dishwasher and a real Keurig coffee maker. Granite countertops everywhere and quality leather furniture. The beds are very comfortable and the room can be made to be dark for napping during the……

“We like the lodge and this was our second time there. We would return if we come back to the area. The room was clean but there were cobwebs in some corners and the balcony area did not seem clean. A large group was at breakfast and this highlighted the need for more seating space. ”

“Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”

“This lodge was so conveniently locate to everything but gave the feeling of a remote mountain cabin. The staff was above courteous and extremely sociable. Breakfast was good and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely be back.”
