“It‘s so nice here，I will take again if I need”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“We loved everything and everyone. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We weill definitely be back. I loved the inviting music once we entered our room. We we felt so safe and like a part of your family. Keep doing what you do. I cant say enough on how lovely the staff was and how clean the hotel was. I felt very safe in the parking lot, the gentleman for the parking were always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay there a memorable one.🙏💕”

“I have stayed in many hotels in the area when I visit, but this hotel is amazing!!!! there is something for everyone great food, beautiful, modern decor, plenty of seating inside and out a patio with trails and within those trails or other seating areas if you want quiet. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I visit the next time, I forgot to mention the staff goes above and beyond!!!! truly exceptional”

“Had an overall great stay. Great central location. Top notch front of house staff. Option to valet or to self park in the garage next door at a reduced rate. Clean comfortable room. The only area for improvement is lack of consistency from housekeeping. Would still highly recommend. ”

“Convenient location. Picked it based on the shuttle to the braves game but shuttle was canceled on my stay. Driver was sick and no backup plan.”

“The property itself was of standard cleanliness and safety. The area of downtown Atlanta is rough but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Convenient location. The staff was somewhat non-responsive to requests in service with long waits or requests that were forgotten about or confused. Small things tho. All in all, a good stay. ”
